We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. Orders will be shipped standard ground, 5-7 business days, unless otherwise specified. We offer free shipping for domestic ground shipping only. You must specify a physical address, currently no delivery to P.O. Boxes. Signature upon delivery is not required; Revel Rey, LLC is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Revel Rey will gladly accept returns within 30 days on all full priced items. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We do not except returns on sale items, we accept exchanges only on sales items including items purchased during a promotion.
